 The QXM600(H) QXM601(H) QXM611(H) optocoupler consists of a 850 nm AlGaAS LED, optically coupled to a very high speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output.The devices arepackaged in a 5-pin small outline package which conforms to the standard footprint.
